Lodging
We kindly ask that all conference attendees stay at the Grove Hotel. We have negotiated a discounted rate that required us to guarantee a certain number of rooms to be booked. This allows us to keep the cost of registration down as the Grove is also our conference venue.
All conference events will take place at the Grove Hotel (or will leave from there in the case of tours and cultural dinner). It is conveniently located in downtown Boise and is walking distance to many restaurants and attractions.

Airport
The Boise Airport is located only 4 miles away from Downtown Boise. The Grove Hotel offers a complementary shuttle. There is no need to reserve ahead of time. When you arrive at the airport call (208) 333-8000 or text them at (208) 547-6966 and proceed to the ‘Hotel shuttle/courtesy van pickup’ island location directly outside of the lower level baggage claim.
Getting Around
Downtown Boise is very walkable with many attractions nearby (more information coming soon). There are also an abundance of ride share services (Uber, Lyft, etc) and taxis.
Attendees who stay at the Grove Hotel should not need a rent a car. If attendees want to extend their trip and travel to other tourist locations in Idaho, it is suggested to rent a car.
