Do you have a practice, technology, or Extension program that’s making a difference? Waste to Worth 2027, the national conference on animal agriculture and the environment, wants to hear about it. Abstracts are due October 30, 2026, and submissions are open for technical talks, posters, panel discussions, and workshops. This year’s theme, From Innovation to Implementation, is about what works on real farms. North Carolina is one of the nation’s leading swine and poultry states, which makes Raleigh a living lab for manure and nutrient management.
