Q: Can geospacial approaches be used in the design of manure storage ponds? |
A: From an NRCS standpoint, we would consider geospatial information accurate enough for the planning of a manure storage pond; however, for design, we would perform onsite survey and field investigation including soil borings, and soil sampling. |
